WARM BARRE

If you are looking for a all-around workout like no other, try our Barre class. Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout class inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates. It is not a dance class but you should expect to move your body to some banging tunes! Students say that it feels much more like a pilates or sculpting class with a focus on cardio, strength training, and stretching.

What to expect:

The room will be heated to a gentle 28°C. After an easygoing warm up of shoulders, neck and back a plank section will fire up your core and prepare you for the class ahead. The plié and relevé section at the barre will take care of warming up the legs. Expect curtsey lunges to really maximise the burn. The arms section where you can add weights will have you ready to hit the floor where you'll tone those abs. Donkey kicks will have your glutes fired up and clams will have your legs trembling. There's always time for a push up finisher, so get ready to tone and sculpt every inch of your body.
