Mindful Vinyasa

Mindful Vinyasa is a meditative low-impact form of Vinyasa yoga that teaches you to flow with more awareness and connection to your mind and body. The teachers will guide you, adjust you (if you wish) and encourage you to move at your pace and listen to your body and breath. You will be encouraged to check in on yourself, acknowledge where you are and how you are without negative judgement, let go of what the posture looks like, what posture is coming next and just remain present, flowing from the inside out, from posture to posture.
